We used the center tank as the collector tank. There is a booster pump to transfer the fuel to the engine. We have the opportunity to make use of the tooling and equipment at where I work so I can make the needed parts in my spare time.

Al parts are made of 2024T3-1.0 and 1.3 alu.

The center tank can handle 20 liters so it brings the total at 60 ltrs.

All parts are made and designed and ready for painting.

Everything is wet installed with sealent.

Fuel line. We drilled lots of small holes in the tube so there is an internal filter.

Nice view of the installed tank. As you look at the big inspection hole you can see the connection between the outboard- and inboard tank. On that big internal hole we put a one way flapper valve.

Nice detail are the green straps. We don’t like to drill in the front spar so we make the straps around it. Picked up the bolts of the gear brackets. In the same bolt as the tank we will connect the seat.

Above, the flapper valve temporary installed on the outboard tank. Below the final installation of the flapper valva, the outboard and inboard tanks are connected.

Finaly closing everything so we can do our last leak test.
